fraudo.io provides software-as-a-service (SaaS) solutions through online delivery only. Since our services are entirely digital, there are no physical products, and therefore no shipping, handling, or delivery processes apply.
1. Nature of Service
All fraudo.io products and services are cloud-based and accessible online. Once a subscription is activated or a plan is purchased, users can immediately access the platform through their registered accounts.
2. No Shipping Required
We do not ship, deliver, or send any physical goods. All access credentials, setup information, and communications are provided electronically via email or through the user dashboard.
3. Subscription Activation
Service activation is automatic after successful payment confirmation. Users can log in and begin using fraudo.io instantly without waiting for any shipment or manual fulfillment.
4. Cancellation Policy
You may cancel your plan anytime from your account settings. Since no physical goods are involved, there are no returns or shipping-related cancellations.
